It’s important for you (and us!) to know what values we hold as top priority. Everything we do centres around these values.

People – The most important resource we have on earth are people. Therefore, the best investment we can make is into developing and improving peoples lives.

Community – People need to have a sense of belonging, participation and ownership. In whatever we do it’s important that everyone can find their ‘place’.

Team – We want to take people on a journey with us. It’s not so much about ‘us’ as them. We must give them an opportunity to grow and advance – mentally, socially, spiritually and physically.

Global – We want people to be outward looking and willing to impact their world with their faith. People need to be ministers in the marketplace, taking their faith into their everyday life – locally, nationally and internationally.
