PETE

Pete puts into practise all of his many years of work experience to better the lives of young people in Kenya. In the past he’s been in the farming, building, construction, painting and landscaping industries.

Pete oversees the community development sector of BeyondWater. Using his skills he assesses schools, medical facilities and community centres to help them work towards self sustainability. He works alongside local teams to build up their skills.

SHARON

Along with Pete, Sharon loves working with young people. When she’s not speaking to students and inspiring them to do great exploits she focuses on establishing BeyondWater globally. This means overseeing projects, visiting remote communities, networking, grant writing and overseeing several social media sites.

Sharon is the CEO of BeyondWater.

Both Pete and Sharon are closely involved with mentoring the young professionals at the Nairobi Christian Church. This means lots of meals, advice and support for those who are at university.
